Graphic Designer Intern

Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and motivated Graphic Designer Intern to join our team. This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Graphic Designer Intern, you will assist in creating visual content for various media platforms, helping to enhance our brand’s visual identity.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation of digital and print materials, including social media graphics, website banners, brochures, posters, and flyers.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and designs.
• Support the design team with various tasks as needed, ensuring that all work aligns with our brand guidelines.
• Help with the preparation of files for printing and digital distribution.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.
• Maintain an organized archive of artwork and project files.

Requirements:

• Education: Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a Graphic Design program or related field.
• Software Proficiency:
  • Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
  • Good knowledge of Adobe Illustrator.
  • Familiarity with other Adobe Creative Suite tools (e.g., InDesign, After Effects) is a plus.
• Creative Thinking: Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to generate innovative design concepts and ideas.
• Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing your design work is required. It should demonstrate your skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, and creative thinking.
• Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual details.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate design ideas and concepts effectively.
• Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and take constructive feedback positively.
• Self-Motivated: Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
